Welcome to Uptime Ally. By accessing our website and using our monitoring services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Service Usage

You agree to use Uptime Ally only for lawful purposes. You must not use our service to monitor websites or endpoints that you do not own or do not have explicit permission to monitor. Any abuse of our infrastructure, including attempting to DDoS or maliciously ping targets, will result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our paid plans (Pro tier) are billed on a recurring basis as outlined on our pricing page. You may cancel your subscription at any time. In the event of payment failure, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier, which is subject to limits.

4. Limitation of Liability

Uptime Ally is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or uptime of our own monitoring nodes. We are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from missed downtime alerts or false positives.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or an announcement on our platform.
